or call (800)426-4915. We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. The Office Point will accept returns for any unopened, unused product
within 30 days of your order. All returns will be made in the form of a credit to The Office Point. No cash refunds will be made. To qualify for a return, all original packaging must be included. In order to process your return, you must provide us with your Order Number, Item Number of product(s), quantity, and reason for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s), which was included in the original transaction (e.g. buy a printer, get free ink), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.
The Office Point will pay for shipping only if the products are defective, damaged, or the item received is not what was ordered. The customer must report the items as defective, damaged or wrong product within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Certain items do not qualify for returns, such as, but not limited to, electronics, software. furniture, food/beverages, medicines, and custom orders.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns and credits to be processed.
The Office Point reserves the right to deny any return, amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
