The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us and the site is kept confidential by TheOfficePoint.com. We do not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing or email lists. We do send an occasional newsletter with special offers (never more than four times a month) however we may send deals via email and you always have the option to ask to be removed directly from the email. Price and Availability
All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong item.
All prices stated on the site or in any of our catalogs, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you. Prices may fluctuate without notice.
When the payment method is with credit card, or Google Checkout the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders, large orders and products that are back ordered may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible. At any point if we feel a customer is being skeptical with payment we may deny the right to process the order.
We will deliver the products within the United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery are available to view on our shipping information page. We will try our hardest to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you and by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you. The office point will not be responsible for any claims stating that an item was not packaged when the warehouse clearly has it marked as in the package.
We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. This may be the case due to out of stock items in a warehouse or lost shipment issues and other issues that may occur. If you require delivery by a given date it is imperative that you contact theofficepoint.com before ordering. We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times. We will then provide you with a tracking number the next day if you request one.
Canceling a placed order
Orders placed in our system may already have been shipped within minutes of being placed. However we will try our best to modify or cancel the order for you if need be. However, if you place an order and need to cancel please be aware that it may have already shipped. Trucks cannot be recalled and orders, once on those trucks, will be delivered. If your order has already shipped and you would still like to return it, you will be responsible for all freight charges. We will try very hard to stop any shipment if we can because we believe in great customer service.
Any request to cancel an order must be made via email allowing us a written record of your request. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you refuse shipment on UPS orders for the purposes of canceling an order you will not be credited back for the shipping charge. Shipping charges may vary depending upon the weight of the package.
We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. We are constantly working on providing you with the best tools so you can buy at a great price. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our return information page and follow the return process.
Returns to some of the warehouses can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer). The Office Point will not be responsible for any restocking fees.
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice: Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 24 hours of delivery without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. When you sign for your packaged delivery it is under your responsibility and therefore we will not be responsible for any damage that takes place.
You agree to our Return Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the products caused by you.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the information and materials contained in this site (including without limitation text, graphics and links) are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty and in particular, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Acceptance of Orders
The receipt of an order confirmation email by theofficepoint.com does not constitute acceptance of an order. theofficepoint.com reserves the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. theofficepoint.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).
theofficepoint.com reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes. We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used. Any TOP deal, sale items being presented on the site may be canceled by us. Of course we will let the customer know before we charge the difference. Coupon codes are intended for individual use one time per customer.
theofficepoint.com accepts pre-approved purchase orders from government agencies, hospitals, public and private schools and Fortune 1000 companies. We require purchase orders be for a minimum order of $200. Purchase order payments are Net 15, an anything beyond this may result in a late fee.
Purchase Orders are not accepted from individuals. Purchase Orders are also not accepted from any other company or organization without being PRE-APPROVED. Any order placed using the Purchase Order option during checkout not fitting the above criteria will be deleted immediately. Please call 800-426-4915 for an application for purchase orders.
